With up to 3 bedrooms, this space becomes your retreat, investment, or both—completely yours to use, share, rent, or refinance according to your evolving lifestyle needs. Construction starts from just €600 per m² for a new-build house, offering exceptional value. To begin your journey, a €500 deposit is required for land clearing and preparation, plus €4,500 for your private plot ownership.

When renting or selling your property, you'll engage with our community-aligned process, ensuring new residents resonate with our collective values. Conscious Community Participation
As a property owner, you automatically become a member of the Varshets Co-living Cooperative. This collective ownership model ensures that you benefit directly from every aspect of our community's growth and success while having a voice in its future direction. The cooperative manages the remaining 4,500 m² of pristine parkland, which will house the shared amenities. Each house owner contributes €180 monthly for five years to become a co-owner of this communal space.
Participation in the shared resources, thermal water facilities, and community infrastructure like the spa center and event stage is entirely optional, giving you the freedom to choose your level of involvement in this part of the co-op and its management while still enjoying the benefits of our unique community environment.
